New beta release

During the last two weeks of Twinkle Notes beta testing, we have received a lot of great suggestions. The number one problem is that the process of adding a friend is clunky. We have since made some changes to simplify the connecting process. To send a friend request, now you only need to get your friend's full id.

• Fix a crash when syncing bad blobs
• Move host info to Settings and profile
• Reorder the items in "Home" viewer
• Improve help documentation a bit
